ESS has completed a project to enhance the seismic resilience of an office building. ESS identified potential weaknesses in the structure through a comprehensive seismic vulnerability assessment. Subsequently, It developed a retrofit design to mitigate these risks and improve the building’s resistance to earthquake-induced damage. To ensure the quality of implementation, ESS provided rigorous supervision of the retrofit works, ensuring adherence to design specifications and industry standards. This project has significantly increased the building’s safety and protection of valuable assets, ultimately enhancing its resilience to future seismic events.
