In 2021, Earthquake Safety Solutions (ESS) partnered with Design Consultants P, Ltd. to design and supervise the Advance International Hospital in Rupandehi, Nepal. The project aimed to create a healthcare facility that would serve the local community’s and surrounding areas’ needs.

Key Tasks Completed:

• A/E Design: Completed the architectural and engineering design of the hospital building, adhering to international standards and local building codes.
• Master Planning: Developed a comprehensive master plan, including 3D visualizations and interior design concepts.
• MEP Design: Designed the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure efficient and sustainable operations.
• Cost Estimation and Tender Documentation: Prepared detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for the project.
• Construction Drawings: Provided comprehensive construction drawings to guide the construction process.
• Regulatory Approvals: Coordinated with the Department of Urban Development and Building Construction (DUDBC) and other relevant authorities to obtain necessary approvals.
• Site Supervision: Conducted regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
