ESS completed a comprehensive project to design a 108-foot-tall Vyas statue and develop a master plan for the Shiva Panchayan Temple premises. The project involved a range of tasks, from initial site surveys to detailed architectural designs and cost estimation.

Major Tasks Completed:

  • Field Survey and Investigation:
    • Topographic Survey: Detailed mapping of the 65 Ropani land area.
    • Geotechnical Investigation: Assessment of soil conditions for structural stability.
  • Master Plan Development:
    • Comprehensive planning for the entire site, including the Vyas statue, temple, and surrounding areas.
  • Architectural Design:
    • Detailed drawings and 3D visualizations of the Vyas statue, its pedestal, and foundation.
    • Architectural designs for other structures within the temple premises.
  • Cost Estimation:
    • Preparation of quantity estimates, a Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and tender documents.
  • Project Planning:
    • Development of a comprehensive work plan and cash-flow schedule to guide construction.
