Urban Planning
ESS’s urban planning services mainly fall into four basic categories;
- Building bylaws
- Urban Regeneration
- Local disaster risk management program (LDRMP)/Community-based disaster risk management program (CBDRMP)
- Risk-sensitive land use planning (RSLUP) In addition to the above, the future goal of ESS is to cover all areas of the urban planning system including the preparation of action plans, periodic plans, integrated urban development municipal plans, land use/zoning plans and Disaster risk resilient community plans.
