“भूकम्पले सिकाएको पाठ, बलियो संरचना र सुदृढ पूर्वतयारीका साथ” भन्ने मूल नाराका साथ माघ २ गतेका दिन २७ औं भूकम्प सुरक्षा दिवसको अवसरमा संघ, प्रदेश, जिल्ला, स्थानीय तह र समुदाय स्तरमा विभिन्न भूकम्पीय सचेतनाका कार्यक्ररमहरु भए । वि.स. १९९० सालको महाभूकम्पको सम्झानामा हिजो माघ २ गते काठमाण्डौंको कीर्तिपुर नगरपालिका स्थित वि.पी. कोइराला मेमोरियल विज्ञान संग्रहालय परिसरमा २७ औं भूकम्प सुरक्षा दिवस मूल समारोह कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न भयो । यस कार्यक्रममा सबै तहका संघ संस्था, निकाय, सरोकारवाला पक्ष र समुदायको सहकार्य र सहभागितामा र्याली, पूर्वतयारी प्रतिवद्धता हातेमालो, स्टल प्रदर्शनी, अभिमुखीकरण, तालिम र गोष्ठी लगायतका विभिन्न कार्यक्रमहरु गरिए ।
कार्यक्रममा यस Earthquake Safety Solutions (ESS) ले पनि स्टल प्रदर्शनीमा सहभागी भइ आफ्नो संस्थाले दिने सेवा र कार्यहरुको बारेमा प्रदर्शन गरेको थियो । भ्क्क् विगत ११ वर्षदेखि निरन्तर भूकम्पीय सुरक्षित भवन तथा संरचना निर्माणको अभ्यासमा सक्रिय रहँदै आएको छ । भूकम्पीय जोखिम लेखाजोखा, Architectural Engineering Design and Planning, निर्माण सुपरिवेक्षण र व्यवस्थापन, क्षमता अभिवृद्धि तथा तालिम कार्यक्रम र भूकम्पीय प्रबलीकरणको माध्यमद्धारा निजी क्षेत्रको भूकम्पीय सुरक्षाको आवश्यकतालाई प्राथमिकतामा राखी गुणस्तरीय सेवा दिदै र सुरक्षित समुदाय निर्माणमा योगदान पु¥याउदै आइरहेको छ ।
On 27th Earthquake Safety Day, various earthquake awareness programs were held at the federal, provincial, district, local, and community levels focused on the slogan “Lesson from Past Earthquake: Resilient Structures and Better Preparedness.” On the 2nd of Magh, a ceremony commemorating the 27th Earthquake Safety Day took place at the BP Koirala Memorial Science Museum premises in Kirtipur, Kathmandu.
In the event, various activities such as rallies, a human chain committed to promoting earthquake safety, stall exhibitions, orientations, training, and workshops were organized with the cooperation and participation of government bodies, organizations, stakeholders, and communities at all levels. Earthquake Safety Solutions (ESS) participated in the stall exhibition, showcasing the services and activities provided by the company. ESS has been actively engaged in earthquake-resistant building and structure construction practices for the past 11 years. It has been working continuously on earthquake risk assessments, structural strengthening, construction supervision, and management, training and capacity-building programs, prioritizing earthquake safety in the private sector, providing quality services, and contributing to building safer communities.
