ESS Conducted In-house Orientation on Earthquake and Fire Preparedness
On 19 December 2025, Earthquake Safety Solutions (ESS) organized an in-house orientation on earthquake and fire preparations for its staff, focusing on the updated Emergency Response Plan. The session was conducted to ensure staff awareness of revised procedures following ESS’s relocation to the NSET Building, Bhaisepati, Lalitpur, and to strengthen coordination with NSET’s Emergency Response Team.
The orientation covered earthquake and fire response procedures, safe evacuation routes, designated assembly points, roles and responsibilities of ESS Emergency Response Teams, internal and external communication mechanisms, and the importance of Go-Bag preparation and family communication planning.
Delivered through practical explanations and visual materials, the session aimed to enhance staff readiness and coordination in response to emergencies. ESS continues to conduct regular orientations, drills, and capacity-building activities, including Community Search and Rescue (CSAR) and Basic Emergency Medical Response (BEMR) training, as part of its commitment to workplace safety and disaster resilience.
