ESS has sucessfully completed the A/E Design of hospital building of Sanjeevani Institute of Advanced and Teaching Hospital Pvt.Ltd.This building is located at Ghorahi, Dang Nepal.The total built up area is 41054.21 sqm. The proposed storey,500 bedded hospital has three RC floors for general hospital services and last two steel floors for basic science. The hospital has three RC blocks connected with two steel bridges. Three blocks are planned separately to control the service flow and to maintain zoining. All the floors are accessible lifts alongs with two ramps.There is separate emergency escape route connected from the common steel bridge passes for the emergency evacuation. The scope of work are to collect the available documents, field measurement and blueprint map of site whereas, to prepare the A/E design of building as per as the standard codes and guidelines.Preparation of mechanical electrical sanitary design/drawings.
